10 Step Auto Repair Process

1. Initial Contact

• If you filed a claim with one of our insurance partners we'll contact you within 24 hours
• We work with all insurance companies, if we are not on their list, just call us and we will be happy to take it from there
• We will set up a time for you to drop off your vehicle

2. Vehicle Drop Off

• Vehicle check in and customer documentation
• Review damaged area with service advisor
• Pick up rental car

3. Disassembly

• Disassemble vehicle to identify all damages
• Digital photographs
• Estimate written
• Insurance authorization
• Order parts
• Customer update

4. Vehicle Repair

• Frame/Structural repairs completed first for correct body and frame measurements
• Body repairs
• Mechanical repairs

5. Vehicle Refinish

• Primer and fine sanding
• Prepping and masking
• Computerized paint color matching
• Applying paint and clear coats

6. Reassembly

• Reassemble parts removed for quality refinish
• Install lamps, moldings, grills and trim pieces
• Check fit and finish of all panels
• Top all fluids, test drive and alignment if needed

7. Detail

• Hand wash exterior
• Vacuum and clean interior
• Cleaner than when vehicle dropped off at shop

8. Quality Assurance

• Service Advisor performs detailed quality inspection
• Checking repairs for 100% satisfaction

9. On-Time Delivery

• Contact customer
• Customer arrives at shop and goes over repairs with Service Advisor to ensure they are 100% satisfied before leaving
